PROGRAM SOLUTION OWNER- REMOTE-IRELAND- CONTRACT

Leading Managed Services Provider in the Private, Public and Defence Sector require a Senior Program Solution Owner Owner – Remote working. The Solution Owner must act as technical lead / delivery solution owner for the delivery programme, working in-step with the Programme Manager and establish solution design & implementation technical team.Must manage solution implementation design deliverables to budget and expected quality standards, through transition & transformation. Own technical problems and work with teams to resolution and manages solution and scope changes through formal change process, working with programme & commercial leads.

Duration: 6 months + possible extension

REMOTE WORKING

Client Location: Swords, Ireland

Skills:

Broad experience in leading successful customer negotiations and technical discussions/workshops

Ability to manage and integrate cross Service Line solution components and capabilities

Demonstrable experience in creating and managing a multi-disciplined technical delivery team

Experience in working/managing at senior levels both internally and externally i.e. client facing role

Broad, up to date technical knowledge in core technical areas such as Cloud Delivery

Team working – ability to work within multi-disciplined teams in a cohesive and effective manner

Flexibility / adaptability – ability to meet the changes in business plans, requirements and time scales

Interpersonal capability – ability to communicate effectively to both IT and business areas and also external suppliers / vendors

Developing good relationships – ability to develop relationships with all parties

Decision making – ability to make sound decisions in a timely and effective manner

Influencing – ability to propose solutions in potentially conflict situations

Planning and organisation – ability to demonstrate sound planning and organisation skills

Good communicator – ability to coordinate several different support teams, working with service management and programme management

Responsibilities:

Attend meetings, not limited to :-

Change board – impact changes to solution

Programme Steering Board

Design Approval Board

Delivery Assurance Reviews

Ensure technical milestones are met

Ensure technical outputs / deliverable commitments are achieved

Key point of Customer technical interaction

Develops and build excellent customer relationships with key stakeholders

Takes ownership and maintains bid artefacts into delivery

When engaged in bid phase:

Provide solution leadership on complex/multi serviceline DTS deals, supporting the Lead Deal Architect in the latter stages of bids to shape a winning, deliverable and profitable deal

Works closely with the Opportunity Owner and Engagement lead to assure the proposition and costs

Contributor to development of the Proposal

Deliverables:

Review HLD’s and update AOD section to ensure both documents are aligned

Own technical problems and work with team to resolution

Provide TOR & assignment feedback on all programme architects

Provides handover to CTO/Account Lead Architect at the end of the programme

Update and maintain AOD

Maintain / Populate / Update tracked RAID log with Design RAID

Identify technical RAID items and mitigate

Manages the technical delivery teams throughout the engagement
