About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Senior React Developer to elevate our team and drive the development of our wholesale supply chain and B2B eCommerce applications. This role demands expertise in React for creating dynamic, high-performance web applications, with optional .NET backend skills to enhance our tech stack. Your contributions will be key to developing and refining features, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Work 3-4 hours during US Central time zone business hours
Design and implement new features for our wholesale supply chain and B2B eCommerce platforms
Enhance and optimize existing functionalities to meet evolving business needs
Debug and resolve issues to maintain a robust and scalable application
Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality, user-focused solutions
Engage in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement
Qualifications
5+ years of experience with ReactJS and modern frontend technologies (HTML, CSS)
Expertise in React tooling and ecosystems, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API), build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel), and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
Strong understanding of database integration with React applications
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
Proven track record of working independently and managing tasks remotely
Proficiency with backend technologies such as .NET and C#, including experience in RESTful API design
Familiarity with MS SQL Server for backend integration
Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
Understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Experience with supply chain management or wholesale industry applications is a plus
