Job Description
Lead signal integrity design, simulation, and validation across all stages of the product lifecycle
Define signal integrity performance requirements for new interconnect products
Execute advanced simulations for high-speed interfaces, choosing appropriate methodologies and interpreting standards-based performance criteria
Review PCB schematics and layouts to ensure optimal high-speed performance
Provide actionable feedback based on simulation results and design reviews
Guide product design decisions and component validation from a signal integrity perspective
Analyze simulation and test data to troubleshoot and optimize designs
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in signal integrity engineering
Background in high-speed interconnects
Proficient with signal integrity simulation tools (e.g., ADS, Ansys HFSS, or similar)
Strong foundation in electromagnetic theory and circuit behavior
Experience interpreting test and simulation data to solve engineering challenges
Familiar with PCB design, fabrication, and assembly processes
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across global teams
Self-motivated, independent problem-solver, and quick to learn new technologies
