Staff Software Engineer – 16M/Full-Remote/English Only
Our client is an AI marketing company based in Tokyo which pecializes in chat commerce solutions. The company seeks to transform digital customer service by combining AI-powered chatbots with communication design to provide personalized and automated interactions across platforms.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in their engineering team, tasked with designing, building, and maintaining backend systems and infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include developing reliable APIs, enhancing server performance, and ensuring smooth integration with frontend applications.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in Golang
Ability to mentor and guide team members
Proficiency in development flow based on git and gitHub
Ability to adapt in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
Fluency in English (Japanese fluency is a plus)
