The Supervisor, Provider Data is responsible for the overall performance, productivity, development, and guidance for assigned staff. They will communicate with internal customers to ensure the most efficient use of time to accomplish department goals and contract requirements. They will also assist in day-to-day operations management of Dedicated Scheduling to ensure the Customer Service Department objectives are fulfilled per the various contract requirements.

Lead team of specialists responsible for assessing and resolving nationwide scheduling concerns, developing and implementing solutions in many varied clinical delivery systems

Monitor individual employee performance in adherence to department and company requirements. Provide consistent guidance and feedback concerning the strengths and development needs in relation to current job performance as well as career development. Address performance concerns through coaching and corrective action as needed. Write and deliver periodic Performance Evaluations

Responsible for adherence to contractual KPI’s, regulatory compliance and risk management as it relates to LHI’s Provider Network

Continually communicate with Veteran Services, Provider Network Management, and other departments to accomplish mission tasks related to scheduling procedures

Assist in direction of departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges

Provide guidance to staff on provider/practitioner inquiry on concerns, complaints, appeals and grievances as pertains to scheduling

Manage and promote provider, practitioner and customer satisfaction through scheduling initiatives

Establish, implement and monitor performance measurements specific to assigned duties of staff. Oversee adherence of employees to department and organizational policies as well as processes. Promote positive department culture

Required Qualifications:

1+ years of Optum Serve experience

1+ years of leadership experience (SME, Team Lead, Supervisor or Manager) * Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Preferred Qualifications:

National Career Readiness Certificate

Prior knowledge of VBA MDE Contract

Working knowledge of Contact Center systems and platforms

Medical, Dental or Healthcare Industry Experience

Ability to review business reports and conduct independent analysis focused on organizational priorities and objectives

Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple ongoing projects within expected timeframes

Solid professional verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. Must be able to adjust to changing priorities

Able to problem solve and propose solutions

Knowledge of Network Scheduling processes and best practices

Knowledge of leadership principles and team environment
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
