Who You Are
You are an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Director with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and cost savings.You have extensive experience managing business operations on behalf of clients, optimizing processes, and supporting various administrative tasks. Your excellent organizational and communication skills enable you to ensure smooth and efficient business functions. You also have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement.
Ideal candidates for the Supply Chain Director role should have experience in roles such as Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Manager, or Procurement/Purchasing Manager, focusing on procurement, logistics, and inventory management. Experience as an Operations or Warehouse Manager is also valuable for overseeing production and inventory.
Additionally, you:

Are able to finish work in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
Possess excellent spoken English and are proactive in communication.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software).
Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
Leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading effective teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the companys business objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
Sourcing and Procurement: Oversee the sourcing and procurement of materials and services, ensuring high quality and cost-efficiency. Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts.
Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to balance cost with customer service requirements. Implement inventory control processes and systems to minimize waste and obsolescence.
Logistics and Distribution: Manage the logistics and distribution network, including warehousing, transportation, and delivery. Ensure timely and efficient movement of goods through the supply chain.
Demand Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and production plans. Adjust plans in response to changing market conditions.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to achieve departmental and company goals.
Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
