YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process and verify orders in SAP system,

Respond to Customer queries via e-mail,

Coordinate the process of preparing/sending/delivery of the order,

Take care of Customer experience,

Process returns and claims.

REQUIREMENTS:

Very good command of French or Spanish (min. B2),

Good English skills (min. B2),

Knowledge of Windows and MS Office,

Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work,

Previous work experience on similar jobs,

Good interpersonal and communication skills,

Problem solving orientation,

Knowledge of SAP.
