My client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to the end-to-end supply chain process-from planning and procurement to logistics and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain production and supply plans across multiple product lines
Coordinate inventory movements and supply flow with 3PL vendors and internal teams
Issue timely purchase orders and monitor supplier performance
Identify and troubleshoot supply chain disruptions, offering creative solutions
Maintain accurate inventory levels in the ERP system and assist with monthly reconciliations
Collaborate cross-functionally on new product launches, assessing supply chain impact
Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
Analyze upstream and downstream supply chain performance to identify cost-saving opportunities
Prepare and distribute KPI reports to track supply chain metrics and support decision-making
Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the feasibility of new supply chain initiatives

A successful Supply Planning Analyst should have:
Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred)
1-3 years of professional experience in supply chain, planning, or operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred but not required)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Previous experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is a plus
