Additional Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputed university.
1-2 years of professional experience in technical support, customer service, QA, or a related technical field.
Good understanding of software troubleshooting techniques (e.g., API knowledge, database basics, common bugs).
Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM tools, and support platforms is a plus.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and patiently.
Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of SaaS products, cloud technologies, or remote team tools is a bonus.
Responsibilities & Context
Provide excellent technical support to SpaceSoft Limited customers via email, chat, and occasional calls.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer-reported issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices.
Collaborate closely with the development and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest improvements to the product team.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding communication and service.
Assist in building technical support documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases.
Stay up-to-date with product updates and new features to offer accurate support.
