Responsibilities & Context:

IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and virtual environments.

Design, implementation, and support services for Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, O365, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, etc.

Manage inbound and outbound calls promptly, identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.

Implement and support disaster recovery solutions.

Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.

Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, etc.

Communicate with customers as required: keep them informed of incident progress, notify them of impending changes, and agree on outages.

Escalate service or project issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels.

Document and report internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.

Understand processes in the ticketing System by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ticketing System.

Work through project tickets and phases in the ticketing System as assigned by a Project Manager.

Willing to work in a roster-based system and need to perform at least 2-night shifts in a week.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

CCNA, AZ-104 vendor certification will be considered an advantage.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Experience:

1 to 2 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements:

At least have 1-2 years of experience in the IT Industry.
