Our client is one of the most reputable and well-established Group of Companies offering Financial Services in the FinTech sector.

They are seeking to recruit a Support Officer native or fluent in Malay and experienced in the Forex Industry to join their team remotely.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their inquiries and providing timely, accurate, and professional responses.

Assist new potential partners in the registration process.

Educate partners on our products and services.

Assist in organizing partner events and training sessions, both online and offline.

Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the partner support process and improve overall satisfaction.

Attending face-to-face meeting with our Business Development Executives to assist with translations.

Updating partners about any new promotions or products through various communication channels.

Assisting partners to resolve any potential issues they might face

Requirements:

Previous experience in within the financial industry

Knowledge of Financial markets

Fluent/ Native Malay and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong client relationship management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent ability to multitask
