As a Sustainability Data Insights and Reporting Manager, you will lead quarterly, bi-annual and annual ESG non-financial data reporting; related data requirement analysis, research, development and other activities and projects to ensure delivery of fit-to-purpose management reporting & insights; regulatory reporting and best practices of ESG data management.
What You Will Do:
Act as an ESG Data owner and principal owner (Service Owner) of data-driven ESG operating model, responsible for ESG data strategy and implementation
Analyze ESG regulatory and business-related data requirements and defining development needs and priorities
Build and deliver fit to purpose regular and ad hoc ESG non-financial data reporting, both regulatory and management reporting including the analysis of trends and outliers to support strategic decision making, including data and insights reporting for annual sustainability report, Taxonomy report, Pillar 3 report, quarterly ESG risk related reporting, monthly emissions reporting
Ensure regular reporting processes and documentation is in place and establish readiness for ESG limited audit; document and/or review relevant internal regulations
Develop a strategy and lead the implementation thereof to enable value added, scalable services for our customers based on Sustainability Data
Collaborate with business (e.g., BI & Data) and external stakeholders (members of banking associations, governmental and non-government organizations and other) in order to improve market data access, develop tools, share best practices etc.
What We Expect:
Master’s degree in finance, IT or Economics
3+ years of experience with sustainability related activities such as climate risk management, transition planning, carbon budgeting or other
At least 5 years’ experience with banking or other finance industry, good knowledge of the Bank products, processes and IT systems
Ability to work with large teams and teamwork mindset: taking responsibility for assuring a good co-operation with business and in team
Problem solver mindset and attention to detail: the ability to frame problems precisely and collaborate with the teams to build meaningful solutions
Ability to actively participate (incl. presenting) and contribute to the discussions with Business and IT Architects, i.e. is able to understand how data is stored, modeled, and tagged, can help navigate and guide technical design choices
Advanced experience with and exposure to data analytics, reporting, BI and visualization tools/platforms
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 3830 – 4970 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
