As a Swedish Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a wide range of positions. With your fluency in Swedish, you will play a crucial role in finding the best-suited candidates and ensuring that their language skills meet the requirements of our multinational clients.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the hiring needs and job specifications of our clients
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
Review and screen resumes to identify potential candidates
Conduct phone and video interviews to assess language proficiency and qualifications
Manage and update candidate profiles in our internal database
Provide feedback and recommendations on candidate suitability for specific job roles
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients by scheduling appointments and providing necessary details
Requirements
Fluent in Swedish, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
