Our Application Support Team is responsible for provisioning, managing, and supporting Enterprise Applications which are utilized by internal business functions for supporting customers. We help test and develop new, innovative products and platforms. We collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to deliver the best applications, products, and services.

As a System Support Engineer, you will work closely with all technical teams and business functions to understand IT application requirements and deliver them in the most efficient way. You will work on technical challenges to troubleshoot issues and deliver resolutions effectively.

As a Systems Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Monitoring alerts and platform metrics to identify potential issues and provide initial first point of contact support.

Owning the incident and service request life cycle to ensure progress and resolution updates to customers.

Following internal SLA and OLA agreements and to ensure high-level quality of service is delivered.

Collaborating with engineering and platform teams to successfully deliver implementations, enhancements, and support to internal applications.

Building and maintaining a support and knowledge library to document issues and resolutions for our internal customers

Ensuring smooth deployment of releases in Prod and Non-Prod environments.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

Have 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

Have good experience supporting on-premise applications like Tririga, Siebel, Mulesoft, ODI, Tableau etc

Demonstrate experience of Linux/Unix commands and good knowledge of SQL and Scripting languages like Bash/Shell, Powershell, Python

Have the ability to triage support incidents, troubleshoot and establish root cause.

Be flexible and adaptable to time-sensitive situations and work in a high-pressure environment.
