YOUR ROLE

After a successful funding round we are now ready to scale our teams by 50%. You would join the employee experience team helping us to grow the business across Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Support. This will involve creating job adverts, headhunting, cv shortlisting, talent attraction content creation and holding first discovery calls. You will then liaise with hiring managers on interview feedback and guide the candidate on their recruitment journey, aiming for 3 weeks end to end.

Here you will work in the people function alongside the Head of Employee Experience to create a positive interview process, a high acceptance rate and a smooth onboarding experience. Alongside this we want to create a very positive culture, so you will help us to plan and coordinate Clan quarterly meetups, team socials, games and wellbeing sessions, as well as add any ideas.

To be successful in this role you will need previous recruitment experience, a presence on LinkedIn and strong personable skills as you will be the first contact for many who apply to DirectID, so will be a brand representative. You ideally be someone excited by learning and personal development, as this role will include constant research into skill sets, technology stacks, open banking and interview process improvements to ensure we are always leading when it comes to talent attraction and onboarding.

Requirements

2 years recruitment experience in either Technology or Finance

A presence on LinkedIn and an interest in thought leadership and social media for talent attraction

Solid ATS experience, conducting candidate screenings, assessments, and interviews to evaluate their suitability for specific roles

An eye for detail and interest in technology, aiming to constantly improve the recruitment experience and spotting opportunities to do so

Experience using LinkedIn, Bob (or a similar HR platform) and Workable (or a similar ATS)

Job Advert Creation

Comfortable with SharePoint and OneDrive for documentation

Strong written and spoken communications

A passion to input and get involved in the planning of our Clan meetups, socials, games and Wellbeing Sessions
