Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring we attract and onboard top talent to meet our growing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding.
Actively source and engage high-quality candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and offer strategic recruitment support.
Ensure a professional and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support the development and promotion of the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in AU Accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, indeed, etc.).
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as JazzHR and advanced sourcing techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage several open positions simultaneously.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
