Job Description
시청률 보고서 개발/데이터 관리 담당자 채용
[TAM Production팀의 주요 업무 소개]
● TV 시청기록을 수집하여 데이터를 생성하고, 이를 토대로 각 클라이언트의 니즈에 맞게
보고서를 제공
[담당 업무]
1. 시청률 보고서 프로그램 개발 및 운영관리
● TV 프로그램 시청자들의 특성을 지역/채널 등으로 수치화하는 보고서 (시청률 보고서)
생성 프로그램 개발
● 시청률 보고서 생성 사용하여 워드, 엑셀, 웹대시보드, 텍스트의 형태로 생성 및 제공
● 시청률 보고서를 데이터베이스와 연동
● 디자인/포맷 등 클라이언트 요청에 따라 상기 프로그램을 개발, 유지 및 업데이트
2. 시청률 분석 데이터 생성/관리
● 시청률 분석 툴에 사용하는 데이터를 생성/검증/배포
3. 프로덕션 모니터링
● 시청률 데이터가 제대로 생성되었는지 체크
● 클라이언트에게 제공하는 보고서에서 필요한 자료 생성
4. 레퍼런스 모니터링
● 시청률 데이터 생성에서 채널 확인을 위한 레퍼런스 구축/운영
● 레퍼런스가 제대로 작동하고 있는지 체크하여 프로덕션 반영
5. 데이터 관련 지원업무
● 클라이언트가 별도 요청하는 자료나 프로젝트에 대한 데이터 생성/배포 지원

[자격요건]
 경력무관 (신입 지원 가능)
 신입의 경우, 컴퓨터 프로그램 전공자
○ 전공자가 아닐 경우, 서버관련 경험이나 자격증
 경력자의 경우(AWS, 서버관련업종 2년이상, 서버 네트워크 관련 자격증 보유자)
 기본적인 영어회화 가능자
 학력 : 대졸 이상

 네트워크 관리 자격증

● 업무 특성상 주기적 교대 근무 & 주말근무 필수 (주 1~2회 교대 근무)

TAM Production Executive
[TAM Production Team’s Responsibilities]
● Collect TV viewing records to generate data and provide reports aligned to client needs.

[Responsibilities]
1. Develop and Manage TV Ratings Report Programs
● Develop programs to generate TV viewing reports, quantifying viewer characteristics by
region/channel/etc.
● Create and provide TV rating reports in various formats, including Word documents,
Excel spreadsheets, web dashboards, and plain text.
● Develop, maintain, and update programs to create reports in client-requested
designs/formats.
2. Generate and Manage TV Ratings Analysis Data
● Create, validate, and distribute data used in analysis tools for TV viewing records.
3. Monitor Production
● Ensure if the TV viewing records are accurate.
● Create necessary data for reports to clients.
4. Monitor References
● Build and manage references for channel verification in data generation.
● Check the proper functioning of references and reflect them in production.
5. Support Data-Related Tasks
● Support to generate and distribute data or projects requested by clients.
Qualifications
No experience required (new graduates may apply).
 For new graduates, a major in computer programming is required.
○ If not a programming major, server-related experience or certifications are
necessary.
 For experienced candidates: Minimum 2 years of experience in AWS or server-related
industries. Server/network-related certifications are required.
 Basic English conversation skills are preferred.
 Bachelor’s degree or higher.

 Proficiency in English
 Experience or knowledge related to UDP protocol & RTP protocol.
 Possession of a network management certification.
Additional Information
● Shift work and weekend work are mandatory (1-2 shifts per week).
● After completing training, remote work is possible 2-3 times a week.
