Job Summary:
– Manage and lead the entire team
– Monitor critical and client infrastructure
– Handle incidents in real-time and document them
– Responsible for diagnosing and resolving performance issues such as load speed, database performance tuning, and email delivery & reputation management
– Identify and resolve security incidents
– Oversee backups
– Participate in server activation and cancellation processes, including for custom VIP systems
– Provide coaching and support to L2 Support team
– Handle L3 ticket escalations
– Diagnose and troubleshoot complex migrations
– Participate in systems standardization and documentation efforts
– Coordinate responses with the DevOps team for complex issues
– Must have 5+ years of experience as a LAMP System Administrator
– Must be proficient with cPanel/WHM control panel, Bash or similar command-line scripting languages, email protocols, virtualization technologies, web concepts, and database systems
– Must have a good understanding of website scripting languages such as PHP, Perl, or Python
– Experience with Windows Server management, cPanel and Redhat/LPIC certifications are a plus
– Must be a good communicator in either French or English.
