Duties and Responsibilities • Support to Field Engineers on Software installation, Patching, Upgrading and Maintenance of Operating System. • Install, Configure, Maintenance of Cisco/Huawei/Juniper routers and switches, Routing Protocols, VoIP services, Network Securities, Windows and Linux systems, LAN and WAN Technology, Wireless networking. • Installing and configuring computer hardware, systems, networks, printers, and scanners Software • Maintenance of Active Directory Users & Groups Management, Remote Administration, Virus Protection, Analytics and Technical Troubleshooting, Routing and Switching Protocols. Qualifications and Experience 1. Certification in Network Engineering is required. 2. Skilled in Switching, Routers and Routing Protocols, WLAN Access Points. 3. At Least 10 year experience in Upgrading and Maintenance of Operating System, Routing and Switching Protocols, Networks, Configuring computer hardware, printers and scanners Software.
