Join us and be part of the creative APAC Solution Delivery team which focuses on developing innovative solutions for our customers that suit their needs. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to support our team in various tasks and projects related to our Operational Technology (Augmented Reality solutions) and Information Technology (Remote Connectivity solutions) in the South Korea market. Understand and assess existing business processes for large scale companies in manufacturing, automotive, and electronics industries
Optimize their existing processes and develop new processes using TeamViewer’s innovative solutions to for high efficiency and cost effectiveness. Provide clear process documentation.
Gather and document customer requirements clearly, develop, and set up a project plan for the implementation of our solutions
Manage and oversee successful deployment of our innovative software solutions by coordinating project teams of TeamViewer and customers
Provide resourcing, estimates, scheduling, and coordination during all project phases and drive the roadmap and development with TeamViewer’s Project Software Engineers and Product/Engineering teams
Control user acceptance and system integration tests before our solutions are rolled out
Be the trusted technical adviser for the customer during and after project implementation, with a clear focus on creating and identifying upsell opportunities for scaling potential within customer account
Act as a functional expert of our TeamViewer Augmented Reality and Remote Connectivity solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of work experience in customer facing roles such as or Project Manager/Program Manager with expertise in implementing large scale technology projects/programs
Strong business acumen and customer facing experience paired with interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills (business-level Korean, working level English for both oral and written)
High-level knowledge of process engineering software systems. Domain experience in manufacturing/automotive/logistics industry with process design and technical and functional know-how would be an advantage
Understanding and expertise in applying knowledge of Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, object-oriented development, build processes, change control management and release models
Understanding of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, GraphQL, FTP/SFTP, JDBC, XML, JSON
Experience working with mobile applications running on mobile operating systems such as Android, iOS and iPadOS
Experience working with augmented reality and wearable computing devices such as smart glasses, smart watches is a great plus
Experience in integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, and outcomes focused
Enthusiasm for acting as team player, especially when it comes to cross-functional teams paired with passion to work independently; assuming holistic responsibility for a project when needed
Open to travelling at least 30% of the time
Contract location is Seoul, South Korea
