We are a rapidly growing SaaS startup, and we’re excited to offer an internship opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience, work closely with a skilled team, and contribute to improving our customer service operations.
As an intern, you will assist in providing advanced technical support (L2 and L3) to end-users while collaborating with developers and the customer service team for effective issue resolution.
This is a remote internship position, with an immediate start date.
Responsibilities

Assist in managing L2 technical support tasks, learning how to troubleshoot product-related issues.

Work alongside the development team to help resolve complex technical problems (L3) for end-users.

Participate in team meetings to discuss urgent matters and help coordinate efforts for resolving customer issues.

Help maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to accelerate bug fixes and improve software performance.

Collaborate with developers to understand and support automation processes, contributing to software improvements and bug reduction.

Assist in recording customer-specific setups to speed up issue resolution and contribute to product enhancement efforts.

Stay informed about product updates and use customer feedback to suggest improvements.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a technical degree program or recent graduate.

Solid understanding of technical troubleshooting, with interest in L2 and L3 support.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers.

Eagerness to learn and contribute to process automation and software improvements.

Fluency in English is a must; French is a plus.
