searching for a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for customer service for the role of
Technical Support Specialist (German and English) – Fully Remote. Ready to make a

Provide top-notch support to B2B customers via phone, chat, and email;

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, mobile

phones, routers, and Microsoft Office applications;

Offer level 1 resolutions while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Proficiency in German and English (minimum LV B2-C1 for both);

Experience: Previous customer/technical support experience (at least 6 months);

Availability: Flexible to work in a 24/7 environment;

Team-player attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
