Technical Support Specialist (L1)

We are looking for an Technical Support Specialist (L1) to support all processes and monitor incidents during events and regularly. In this role, you will have an excellent opportunity to advance your skills in DevOps, administration, and monitoring. We are open to considering a beginner who is ready to quickly integrate into our processes in a short period.
Please note that this role involves shift work, including evening online duties.
Responsibilities:
Providing first-line technical support for users and clients, especially during gaming events.
Assisting the team in resolving incidents and issues related to gaming servers and infrastructure.
Collaborating with development and DevOps teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Monitoring system performance and responding promptly to incidents according to established protocols.
Who we’re looking for:
Completed education in IT or another technical field (college or university).
Willingness to learn technologies such as Grafana (Prometheus), Rancher, ArgoCD, etc.
Proficient skills in working with the Linux terminal.
Willingness to work on-call shifts for monitoring and incident response.
Experience in technical support or a similar role is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.
Fundamental knowledge in DevOps or system administration.
Basic knowledge of Docker: Creating images, running, and connecting to containers.
Theoretical knowledge of Kubernetes and its role in container orchestration.
English at a B1+ level (understanding and reading technical documentation).
Understanding of continuous integration (CI) and its role in automating application builds and deployments.
