Key responsibilities
The Technical Team Manager will oversee the daily operations of the technical team, ensuring client satisfaction, compliance with industry standards, and the successful completion of maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage team leaders, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.

Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and monitor job completion timelines.

Support team leaders with performance reviews and staff development.

Address client escalations, providing technical troubleshooting and solutions.

Collaborate with sales teams to plan and execute monthly maintenance and repair schedules.

Oversee inventory and spare parts management to ensure timely and effective repairs.

Liaise with suppliers for team training on new technologies and best practices.

– Achieve 100% compliance with client service level agreements (SLAs).
– Maintain high levels of client satisfaction (measured by feedback surveys).
– Ensure zero delays in the dispatch and completion of on-site repairs.

– Maintain a 95% team performance rating based on internal evaluations.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).

– Fluent in English, French, and Creole (written and spoken).
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Valid driving license.
– Ability to travel to client sites when necessary.
Work condition:

– 3-month trial period.
