Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Telesales Specialist to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting MegaDMart’s products, and converting leads into sales. As a key member of our team, you will engage with customers, build strong relationships, and support the growth of the company by meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to MegaDMart’s products and services.

Product Promotion: Explain the benefits and features of our products, emphasizing quality, affordability, and the value-added discounts available.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.

Follow-Up: Handle follow-up calls with prospective customers to nurture relationships and close sales.

Customer Support: Address any queries or concerns raised by customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Referral Program: Inform customers about MegaDMart’s referral and rewards program, encouraging participation to boost both sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 1-15 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly.

Sales Skills: Strong sales techniques with the ability to pitch products persuasively and handle objections.

Customer Focus: A customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing top-notch service.

Goal-Oriented: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.

Languages: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
