As a Telechat or Phone Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through phone chat support.
Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer service through phone chat support to clients
-Assist clients with any questions, concerns or technical issues they may have
-Effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring a positive customer experience
-Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
-Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about company products and services
-Provide detailed and accurate information to clients
-Collaborate with team members to constantly improve processes and procedures for better customer satisfaction
-Escalate any recurring issues or potential problems to management
Qualifications:
-At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a phone chat support role
-Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate in a clear and friendly manner
-Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
-Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues
-Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
-Familiarity with using chat software and customer service systems
-High school diploma or equivalent required, college education preferred
-Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
-Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are a plus.
