About the role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Part-time Telecom Data Entry Associate to join our remote team in India. In this role, you’ll help review telecom invoices, enter and update account information, and support our team with daily data tasks for enterprise clients. This position is ideal for someone with good attention to detail, basic Excel skills, and an interest in learning about telecom services. You must be able to work during US Eastern Standard Time hours.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update data from telecom invoices (mobile, wireline, internet)
Assist with checking invoices for errors or missing information
Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and internal systems
Help prepare simple reports for internal teams
Keep service and billing inventories up to date
Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed
Communicate clearly with team members to resolve data issues
Qualifications and Skills:
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel (sorting, filtering, simple formulas)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Interest in working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of focus
Prior experience with telecom invoices is a plus, but not required
Willingness to work during US Eastern Time hours
Working Hours and Compensation
Part-time working hours, typically between 20–25 hours per week, may vary based on business needs
