Key responsibilities
As a Telemarketer & Commercial Support, you will be responsible for converting prospects into potential clients through phone calls and supporting the sales teams by preparing and qualifying sales opportunities while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to clients following inquiries received through forms and qualifying leads according to established processes.
Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for field sales representatives.
Following up with clients regarding quotes provided by team members.
Contacting clients after a visit to assess their satisfaction level.
Upselling existing clients after service interventions (maintenance contracts).
Managing the complete process (entry, proposal, call) for annual boiler maintenance follow-ups.
Responding to incoming calls for simple interventions (maintenance) and organizing the intervention.

Conversion rate of prospects into clients.
Rate of leads transferred to the sales department.
Client satisfaction rate after telephone support.
Timeliness in transmitting prospect information to sales representatives.
Feedback from sales representatives on the quality and accuracy of the information transmitted.

Base salary depending on your experience.
Salary range: Rs. 20k – Rs. 30k.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Associate’s degree or diploma in sales or equivalent qualifications.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
Excellent command of written and spoken French is mandatory.
Strong client interaction skills.
Ability to address client objections effectively.
Strong focus on client satisfaction.
Good knowledge of digital tools.
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Well-organized, versatile, and rigorous.
Work condition:
Monday to Friday: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
No operations on public holidays in Mauritius.
Individual transportation is preferred.
Up to 2 days of remote work per week after 6 months of on-site work.
3-month probation period.
