We are looking for an QA Automation expert to join our Order Fulfillment Display efforts. Provide development and maintenance support for applications who will be assigned to enhancements of our software products and related applications bug fixes.
Automation QA Services:

Automate, handle feedback, bugs, and support releases

Writing test plans for new features and supporting existing features during updates and redesigns

Executing regression test cases for the monthly releases using beta release candidates

Owning features through planning, implementation, and delivery

Collaborating daily with, but not limited to QA, Product Managers, Product Design, Engineers, Backend Engineers, and API team

Fixing production defects to address functional issues, UI updates, platform stability issues, patching servers and certificate renewals, and policy related issues.

Monitoring and tracking of critical integration points and alerting respective teams to ensure seamless workflow of application life cycle

Monitoring application and device health using Splunk dashboards

Provide support & co-ordination for Application deployment

Implementation of automation for monitoring

Regular code fixes & minor enhancements

Automation Testing, Security Testing, Performance Testing and Accessibility Testing

Coordinate with network team on resolving network issues

Collaboration with engineering team for building Knowledge Base (KB) articles and developing new articles.

Ensure smooth data flow between systems

Alerting relevant teams to prevent disruptions and ensures seamless workflows

Enhanced knowledge base documents

Test scripts and test application performance under different conditions

Validate testing functionality and catch regressions
