Location: Yaoundé (Remote work with occasional office visits)

Duration: 3 months
Workload: Part-time (10 to 15 hours weekly)
Language Requirements: French (mandatory); English (advantageous)
About MediaComm Digital
MediaComm Digital is a creative communication agency based in Cameroon that supports startups, small businesses, and organizations in growing through effective digital strategies. Our expertise covers social media management, content development, website design, public relations, and event communications.
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, driven, and detail-focused volunteer to assist with our digital communications. Your role will include generating ideas, creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with online communities on multiple platforms.
Note: This volunteering opportunity could lead to a paid position depending on performance, dedication, and project availability.
Responsibilities

Help produce visual and written materials for social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more)

Write captions and organize weekly content calendars

Support video production (Reels, Stories, TikToks)

Track audience engagement and assist with replying to comments and messages

Participate in brainstorming and campaign development sessions

Occasionally be available for office-based content shoots or meetings

Qualifications

Resident of Yaoundé and able to attend the office when required

Fluent in French (both written and oral); English proficiency is a plus

Enthusiastic about social media, creativity, and digital storytelling

Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite is preferred

Have a smartphone or personal device for creating content

Capable of working independently and adhering to deadlines
