We are currently seeking a TikTok Marketing Specialist & Admin Assistant to join our US-based client. As a TikTok Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing TikTok marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. As an Admin Assistant, you will also provide administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage compelling TikTok content to promote the company’s products and services
Monitor and analyze TikTok performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing files, and handling correspondence
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Prior experience in TikTok marketing or social media marketing
Experience with TikTok shop
Strong knowledge of TikTok trends, features, and best practices
Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging TikTok content
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
