Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Recording of accounting records.
Preparation of accounting files.
Reconciliation of banks, customers, suppliers and stocks accounts.
VAT compliance.
Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and practices.
Any other relevant accounting and bookkeeping duties.
Key Skills/Experience:
University Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Applied Statistics/Risk Management or a related field with overall grade of 7.0 for Cyprus Universities, 2:1 for British Universities and 3.3 for American Universities.
Any accounting certification/s or prior accounting work experience will be considered as an advantage, but not essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of the English and Greek languages.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing financial documents.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
IT literacy.
