Job Title: Training Specialist
Location: Doha, Qatar
Skills Needed:
Strong in written, verbal, and technical communication.
Proficient in Mac OS X, iOS, Windows, Linux; includes installation, training, support.
Knowledgeable in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, POP3, IMAP, SMTP, Bonjour), server administration (LDAP, Open Directory), and support tools (Remote Desktop, Automator, Parallels Desktop, VirtualBox, TeamViewer).
Experienced with Office Tools (MS Office, Keynote, FileMaker, LibreOffice, iWork).
Familiar with mobile devices (iPhone, iPad) setup, training, and support.
Profile Expectations:
Proficient in training needs analysis and technical writing
Excellent in customer service, composure, presentation, and communication
Flexible schedule, proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
Quick learner, open to role evolution
Entrepreneurial and collaborative
Key Criterion:
Must have below or updated certifications
Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) OS 10.6-10.10
Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) OS 10.8, 10.10
Apple Certified Trainer (ACT) OS 10.9, 10.10
