As a Travel Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, booking accommodations, and managing itineraries for our clients. Responsibilities:
Coordinate travel arrangements for clients including flights, accommodations, and transportation
Manage and update travel itineraries to ensure smooth and efficient travel experiences
Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements
Research and recommend travel destinations, activities, and accommodations
Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during the trip
Qualifications:
Previous experience in travel coordination or scheduling
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in travel booking platforms and software
Ability to work independently and remotely
