Treasury Manager
Location: Remote-first, based in Ireland
Type: Full-time, permanent
We are seeking a Treasury Manager to take ownership of core aspects of international cash and debt management, supporting a diverse portfolio of businesses across Europe and Asia Pacific. This high-impact role will oversee global liquidity, financing arrangements, intercompany netting, and treasury operations while partnering closely with finance, tax, and accounting teams worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Manage external and intercompany loan portfolios, including compliance, settlements, liquidity planning, and capacity modelling.
Provide banking and cash management support for European and Asia Pacific businesses, acting as escalation point for local teams.
Oversee global cash management activities, including daily positioning, investments, FX, and payment execution.
Partner with tax and accounting teams to structure and oversee efficient intercompany financing arrangements.
Manage the monthly intercompany netting program.
Oversee global leasing and T&E card programs.
Support month- and quarter-end closing activities, including review of accounting entries and treasury controls in line with SOX.
Manage letters of credit and bank guarantees.
Support M&A treasury deliverables and integration.
Facilitate new bank accounts and cash management services.
Build cross-functional relationships to support treasury initiatives.
Provide ad hoc analysis and contribute to special projects.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (required).
3-5 years’ treasury experience within a multinational organisation
Strong analytical, modelling, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.
Proven ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams.
