Senior Client Accountant – Private Clients (6-12 Month Contract)

Department: Corporate & Private Client Accounting
Contract duration: 6 to 12 months

Are you an experienced Trust Accountant or Senior Trust Accountant looking for your next challenge? Our Private Client Accounting team is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for a Trust Accountant or Senior Trust Accountant to join us on a contract basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a skilled, friendly, and collaborative team delivering high-quality accounting services across trust structures.
Your responsibilities

Preparing standard and complex financial statements in line with recognised GAAPs.

Managing your own portfolio while ensuring deadlines are met.

Assisting junior team members with bookkeeping and financial statement queries.

Recording all time spent on client matters to ensure accurate invoicing.

Working closely with fee earners and team members to maintain strong, collaborative relationships.

Taking responsibility for tasks assigned by senior team members and being approachable to colleagues.

Driving personal development using all available resources at CSC.

Your profile

The legal right to work in Guernsey.

At least 5 years of relevant experience.

A strong academic background and an established career in client accounting.

Commitment to delivering excellence for both clients and colleagues.

A proactive, forward-thinking approach with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
