Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from concept to completion for new AI software products and features.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user requirements and business objectives.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Requirements:
Experience designing with Figma
Experience as a design lead
Business level Japanese and English
Experience with BtoB SaaS UI
