Our client, a US-based Marketing Agency, is seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong background in development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and high-converting landing pages and will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing interfaces for a wide range of digital marketing projects.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and client objectives.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and interactions.
Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a marketing or digital agency with a solid portfolio
Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability
Visual design skills and attention to detail
Experience with HubSpot page builder (good to have)
B2B Experience (good to have)
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX designs and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and user-centered design principles.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Experience working in Figma
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
