Key responsibilities

Tackle non-customer facing alerting tickets, including those related to security, servers, and backups, with swift and effective responses.

Proactively monitor client environments to prevent service disruptions before they occur.

Regularly update and enhance client systems to protect against vulnerabilities and ensure peak performance.

Implement new features and policies that elevate the security and functionality of our clients’ IT environments.

Manage and optimise the Modern Workplace and Public Cloud setups for our clients.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
At least 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or System Administration.
Expertise in Windows Servers, including Active Directory, File Servers, and Remote Desktop Services.
Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft 365.
Strong attention to detail, ownership, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
Having Microsoft Certifications is a significant plus.

Standard Hours: Work from 08:00 to 17:00 with a 1-hour lunch break.
