US Tax Specialist

As our US Tax Specialist, you will play a critical role in analyzing tax returns, preparing filings, and consulting with clients on tax-related matters.
The Role
What You’ll Do:

Review and analyze tax returns to identify any discrepancies or opportunities for optimization.

Prepare accurate tax filings for the current year, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Provide tax consultation services to clients, answering queries and advising on tax savings strategies.

Work closely with clients to understand their financial situations and provide tailored tax advice.

Coordinate with our outsourced team, ensuring seamless integration of financial data with tax preparation efforts.

Utilize tax software such as QuickBooks, Intuit ProConnect for efficient tax return processing.

Ideal Profile
Who You Are:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation and consulting, with a solid understanding of US tax laws.

Proficiency in using major tax preparation and accounting software, including QuickBooks and Intuit ProConnect.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with prior experience in remote work environments preferred.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of managing both simple and complex tax scenarios.

Professional communication skills, suitable for client interactions, with the ability to convey tax-related concepts clearly.
