Tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product visuals and user experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, ensuring designs meet brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve and iterate on the design of The Upskill Academy’s digital products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure bold and innovative design solutions.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the software development industry.
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a small team and communicate design ideas clearly.
A portfolio showcasing bold and creative design solutions, with a focus on creating a sense of belonging for users.
