About the job
We seek an organized Virtual Executive Assistant with excellent English communication skills and remote work experience with US clients. Responsibilities include managing emails, scheduling meetings, creating quotes, document management, designing marketing materials, developing business plans, and managing conference meetings. Basic QuickBooks Online (QBO) bookkeeping skills are required.
Job responsibilities:
1. Emails, Schedule, and Coordinate Meetings
Manage and organize the inbox, responding to emails promptly.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including sending invites.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas.
Follow up on action items from meetings.
2. Create Quotes
Prepare and provide accurate information quotes regarding clients (NDA, Engagement Agreements, etc.).
3. Document Management
Create, edit, and maintain various documents, including reports, assessments, and spreadsheets.
4. Design Work and Marketing Related Tasks
Design marketing materials, presentations, and social media content.
5. Business Plan Documents
Develop business plan documents such as Contingency Plans and Personal Financial Readiness Assessments.
6. Manage Conference Meetings Related Work
Coordinate all aspects of meetings, including emails, agendas, and information communication.
Prepare materials for conference meetings marketing.
Track attendance and follow up on action items from meetings.
Additional Requirements:
Remote work experience handling US clients.
Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.
Basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
