JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Remote Operations Manager (VA) with an excellent grasp of English to help with the internal operations of our USA house cleaning business. You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day of cleaning residential homes, interviewing and onboarding new cleaners, keeping track of records and transactions, and more! This is a direct to client role, and you will be working alongside another remote worker.

Job Duties:
Handle inbound/outbound calls
Schedule management
Emergency customer support
Managing cleaners and appointment fulfillment
Manage payroll
Vet resumes, interview, and onboard new cleaners
Maintaining client relationships
Ongoing improvement of operation processes
Process documentation through SOP creation
A willingness to learn and always improve processes
Offer new ideas
MUST-HAVES:
Excellent English proficiency
Handling inbound and outbound calls
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer support experience
Experience working in a cleaning company
Experience with BookingKoala or similar booking software a plus
Experience with sales or cold calling
Experience managing people or cleaners
Occasional availability on weekends
