Vice President, Offering Portfolio Lead – Healthcare (US Remote)
Reporting to the SVP over Healthcare for TTEC Engage, this experienced executive will lead the offering diversification within or healthcare book of business. The leader will nurture relationships with new and existing clients to grow the book of business leveraging the in depth understanding of the modern Payer-Provider relationships, the patient experience landscape, expertise in operational excellence, and building client relationships.
As the offering portfolio leader, you will lead the development and management of a diversified healthcare portfolio, including claims management, revenue cycle management, patient engagement, care coordination and care management solutions. This position will support sales teams and current client success partners to drive the adoption and sales of these offerings. As the key resource, you will lead and guide changes in solution offerings and pricing strategies to ensure competitive success in portfolio bids. Once the portfolio is fully established, you will assume ownership as the Client Success Partner Leader, driving ongoing success and engagement with clients.
To be successful in this role, you will ensure alignment between our organization’s objectives and each client’s needs to maintain and deliver profitable growth in your portfolio. You will be responsible for orchestrating TTEC teams and individuals from solutioning, marketing, sales, and delivery to successfully serve clients and grow the book of business profitably.
In this role, you will:

Act as a visionary for your portfolio with an in-depth understanding of delivery and technology-enabled solutions.

Create and deliver innovative service offerings to expand the organization’s healthcare service portfolio, ensuring alignment with market demands and business goals.

Support strategic pursuits with sales teams to drive growth opportunities.

Have P&L responsibility and for meeting/exceeding annual financial goals while making progress on longer-term financial performance.

Review existing client relationships to ensure best practices are in place for client management and to position us for growth.

Create strategy for business growth and oversight of current business within the portfolio including achieving the businesses goals for sales, business development, and delivery across TTEC Engage.

Build and sustain internal and external partner relationships and have the stature and credibility to interface at senior levels.

Improve customer retention through flawless execution on client commitments and finding new strategies and processes to enhance client experience.

Act as a liaison between the sales and delivery organizations to drive positive client and business outcomes.

Increase the rate of digitization, automation adoption and tech intervention across to drive higher profitability, faster turnaround time, and the development of a model that doesn’t require additional headcount to meet customer demand.

Collaborate closely with other client portfolio leaders to share best practices, identify synergies and business opportunities that will benefit our clients and the company growth and financial performance.

The ideal experiences and attributes would include:

20+ years of business leadership experience, preferably in the healthcare e2e servicing space.

Experience in incubating and launching new service offerings across healthcare segments like Enrollment, Claims, Provider Management, Clinical Operations, and Revenue Cycle Management, Care Coordination and Care Management.

Demonstrated success in driving new solution sales and achieving significant business growth.

Experience in creating go-to-market strategies, establishing technology partnerships, and developing service portfolios tailored to healthcare market needs and client success.

Sophisticated understanding of the sales process, back-office processes, contact center operations, and financial metrics of successful service delivery while bringing a proven approach for how to optimize large scale and distributed service delivery environment.

A problem solver with demonstrated success influencing, managing and being part of a matrix organizations.

Accustomed to serving large / complex Fortune 500 clients.

Someone who galvanizes the team around one’s vision / operational plan, and balances being a take-charge leader along with a collaborative approach.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $175,000-$200,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
