The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a dedicated VIP Account Manager to join our dynamic VIP Team! The selected candidate will report directly to the Head of VIP and will be responsible for managing one of our key markets. This position is available either remotely and on-site (Malta).
What you will be doing

Manage a portfolio of high value player accounts with the objective of retaining their spend.

Meeting the commercial targets for your assigned market and portfolio.

Monitor and analyse player activity and behaviour to identify drops and spikes, proactively acting on opportunities to enhance customer experience and the value to both the customer and to Rootz.

Take ownership for your portfolio/market, scheduling contacts and promotions which drive retention, growth and reactivation.

Monitor and react to the performance of your portfolio; including the ability to articulate and understand the KPIs and key activities which drive the performance of your portfolio.

Deal with any escalations via phone and email regarding account closures, responsible gaming, SOW/SOF, technical issues, bonus and payment requests including out of core working hours.

Taking responsibility for increasing your product and brand knowledge, proactively

communicating new features and products to relevant players in your portfolio, acting on opportunities to educate customers on features and products to increase value.
Skills and Experience Required

2-3 years experience in the Casino Industry

2-3 years experience in Account Management

Fluency in English.

Fluency in MS Office.
