We are seeking a Virtual Legal Assistant (ENG/SP) to support law firms with case management, client communication, document preparation, and administrative tasks. This remote role is perfect for individuals with some legal experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can provide top-notch support to attorneys.
Location: Barranquilla, CO or fully remote.
Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines for law firms.
Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties on behalf of the law firm.
Assist with intake, follow-ups, and gathering documentation from clients.
Handle data entry, file organization, and general administrative tasks.
What are we looking for?
Workers compensation experience.
Fluet B2 to C1 English speakers.
Experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar role.
Familiarity with law is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and legal case management software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
