JOB OVERVIEW
We’re on the lookout for a sharp, dependable, and highly organized Executive Assistant to partner directly with our founder. You’ll play a vital role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, coordinating with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and offering light support with social media logistics.
If you’re someone who enjoys putting systems in place, managing details, and being a trusted right hand in a fast-paced online environment-this role is for you.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
– Helping with hiring workflows: posting job listings, reviewing applicants, and scheduling interviews
– Keeping internal documents and databases up to date
– Assisting with onboarding and welcoming new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
– Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and tracking action items
– Handling various admin and operational support tasks
– Assisting with organizing social media-related content (no content creation needed)
– Being a daily go-to person for the founder, helping manage ongoing priorities
What We’re Looking For:
– Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
– Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational habits
– Someone discreet, reliable, and capable of handling confidential matters
– Confidence using tools like Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace
– A self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset
Bonus Points For:
– Prior experience working remotely with fast-paced teams or startups
– Passion for process improvement and optimizing team systems
Schedule & Location:
– Fully remote
– Preferred working hours: 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM Manila Time, Monday to Saturday
– Flexible environment with a close-knit global team
