JOB OVERVIEW
Yasha Wells LLC is a dynamic real estate agent and real estate investment company committed to delivering exceptional service and value. We’re looking for a motivated Virtual Social Media & Lead Engagement Specialist to support our growth by managing social media, nurturing leads, and coordinating client appointments. If you’re an organized, self-driven individual with a passion for social media and client engagement, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

Content Reposting: Share Yasha’s Instagram content across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn to maximize visibility and engagement across platforms.

Newsletter Updates: Refresh and update the weekly newsletter, ensuring it is sent out on schedule each week.

Google My Business: Schedule and post regular updates to Google My Business to maintain a current and engaging presence.

Facebook Posting: Post daily updates to the Facebook business page to keep the community informed and engaged.

Facebook Group Engagement: Actively participate in relevant Facebook groups, sharing valuable insights and connecting with potential clients.

Group Posting & Follow-Up: Post regularly in Facebook groups and follow up with any incoming client inquiries to nurture new leads and build client relationships.

Lead Management:

Identify and qualify potential leads for our real estate investment services.

Update and manage our lead database to keep all information accurate and current.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule and coordinate appointments via phone, email, and social media platforms.

Maintain and manage the sales team’s calendar to ensure smooth communication and scheduling.

Communication:

Engage with leads to understand their needs and provide initial information about our services.

Act as a point of contact, ensuring a positive and informative experience for all prospective clients.

Reporting:

Track and report on lead generation and appointment-setting metrics.

Provide feedback and insights to improve lead management and appointment processes.

Qualifications:

Experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service.

Experience with social media platforms.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with leads.

Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.

Proficient in CRM software and able to manage data efficiently.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Bonus: Experience in Real Estate Investment is a big plus!
