Job Description
Job Requirement:
Install, build and maintain Vynamic View system (includes monitoring system, event configuration, jobs, rules and message template)
Monitoring Events tunings, jobs, rules
Remote BIOS Management and File Distribution Management.
Troubleshoot and trace files analyses
Design and review VynamicView business rules/logic/services and assessed gaps with Vynamic View functionality
Configuring ATM Incident Management tool (VynamicView IM)
Install, build and maintain Vynamic Security Suite with server module.
Create and maintaining Security polices.
Hands-on experience on Access Protection, Intrusion Protection and Hard Disk Encryption.
Analyze all high-level escalations and perform a full investigation and diagnosis for the escalated cases from the customer and provide a permanent solution for resolving the case.
Researches and writes sections of technical proposals
Qualifications
3 to 5 years experience
Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or Computer Science
MSSQL database knowledge.
Oracle database knowledge.
Operating system knowledge (windows – Linux).
Basic knowledge in network.
Good communication skills & troubleshooting.
Effective verbal, written, and listening skills in English.
SAP BI knowledge & other BI tools (Microsoft Power BI).
Certification in Vynamic View (Monitoring).
Certification in Vynamic Security Suite.
Certification in Vynamic View IM.
