About the Role:
We are looking for a Web Developer to join our team and play a key role in developing and maintaining our online platforms. You will be responsible for creating responsive, high-performance websites and web applications that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for clean, efficient code, a strong eye for design, and the ability to bring creative web solutions to life in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-performance websites.

Front-End & UI/UX: Implement modern, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces.

Back-End Development: Build and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and databases.

Optimization & Performance: Ensure websites load quickly and function smoothly across devices.

SEO Best Practices: Optimize web pages for search engine visibility and performance.

Security & Maintenance: Regularly update and secure websites to protect against threats.

Testing & Debugging: Identify and fix bugs to improve website stability.

Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to execute projects effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years in web development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Front-End Proficiency: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.

Back-End Knowledge: Familiarity with server-side technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby.

Database Skills: Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) databases.

CMS Experience: Working knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms is a plus.

Version Control: Familiarity with Git/GitHub for collaborative development.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and optimize website performance.

Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong design sense and ability to bring innovative ideas to life.
